Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or process any personal data or telemetry from your use of the open-source Nyra Framework. The framework runs entirely locally on your own machine unless you explicitly configure it to connect to third-party APIs (such as LLM providers).

2. Third-Party Services

When you use the Nyra Framework to make requests to third-party LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic), you are bound by their respective privacy policies regarding how they handle the data you send them.

3. Website Tracking

This static website is hosted on GitHub Pages. As such, basic, non-personally identifiable analytics related to server traffic may be logged by GitHub in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not use any additional trackers, cookies, or analytics scripts (like Google Analytics) on this site.

4. Your Data, Your Control

Because Nyra is a deterministic, locally-run architecture, you maintain complete ownership and control over all prompts, generated code, and state data.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
